The following photos are of former Amtrak 59 and two coaches; both the cab car and the coaches are completely gutted. They are currently located at a scrapyard east of Dugger, IN. Why they are there is something of a mystery; rumor has it that the owner wanted to purchase them just to have them, and shipped them by truck from Beech Grove, IN (Amtrak's shops near Indianapolis) just to prove to Conrail that it could be done (and to avoid their exorbitant rates!).
