Top o the World ride photos have been posted at SmugMug!
Thanks to everyone for their patience as I undertook multiple attempts to recover the majority of ride photos from the memory card that failed. Ultimately, all efforts proved futile. As I said on Facebook, this is the first time in 15 years of digital photography I’ve suffered data loss from a memory card problem, and I’m terribly disappointed that almost two full days of photography can’t be shared. I found a few photos on my phone from the Continental Divide on Friday for anyone who wants a landscape shot. I switched cards before dinner on Saturday, so while I lost most of the dramatic shots of the hail storm rolling in, there are a bunch from dinner and when the sun came out after the ride meeting.
Following are links to the galleries, and I ask that you please review the additional notes below.
Sunday – 50s on Dingleberry Loop
Sunday – 25s on Dingleberry Loop
Sunday – All Distances at Miners Creek
Please note that by habit I shoot “loose” compositions, so the resulting high-resolution images offer you plenty of freedom to create your own cropping and still produce high-quality prints. Thanks again for your patience, I hope the results have been worth the wait!
